Payment Options

Thank you for selecting DeLong Appraisal, LLC to provide you with excellence in valuation services.  In order for you to receive your completed appraisal report expeditiously, please arrange payment with DeLong Appraisal at your earliest convenience.  We offer several options for payment:
 
Checks - Checks from individuals need to be made payable to Garrett DeLong or DeLong Appraisal.  Once deposited, checks need to clear before the appraisal report can be submitted. 


  Venmo - A preferred payment option, you can send payment immediately and payments can be sent to @Garrett-DeLong-5.  Account verification can be found at the bottom of this page (name, email, phone).  Not sure how to use Venmo? Here is a helpful article.

  Zelle® - Another preferred payment option, you can safely and easily send payment within minutes.  A helpful article on how to use Zelle® can be found here.

Cash - While this form of payment is less common, it is still acceptable.

To ensure the most seamless and efficient appraisal process, payments should be made before or at the time of the appraisal inspection.  In addition, payments must be made before the appraisal can be delivered.  Since all work will be completed prior to the delivery of the appraisal, payments are non-refundable.  If at any time you have a question regarding payment, please feel free to contact our office.
